I have always had a passion for food and entertaining. I look at each event as a blank canvas. My goal is create exciting menus that will dazzle your guests with food that is a delight to the senses. Fresh, Colorful, Sensual and Full of Flavor. My service style is rooted in Southern Hospitality. Gracious, unpretentious and attentive.

My culinary career started at the Museum of Anthropology in Philadelphia. There I explored the cuisines of different cultures. I love to travel, experience different cuisines and shop in Ancient Spice Markets. I don’t have a set style of cuisine. My menus are an ever evolving fusion of taste, experience and a changing world.
